There are 2 download options for the "New We" video.
The smaller video is 1 Gigabyte in size and is in H264 MPEG4 format, which is suitable for viewing on a computer, but will not work with a standard DVD player.
If you would like the full DVD with menus, you may use the 2nd download option to get the DVD as an ISO image which is about 4 Gigabytes in size. We cannot provide help or support for burning DVD images though, so please use Internet information resources if you need assistance creating a DVD or just use the first download option and watch the video on your computer.
Depending on your connection speed, downloading either file option will take several hours. We recommend that you use a download manager which supports download resume, which will allow you to continue your download, in case it is interrupted. Also make sure that your computer has enough free space to store the video file.
If you need a player to view the video, we recommend the free VLC media player, which can be obtained from the VLC Website. This player will also work directly with the DVD iso image file, without the need to burn it to a physcial DVD.
